I was recently given the opportunity to check out Nightraven #1 from Plan ‘B’ and Tyndall’s Quest. Nightraven may seem like a Batman rip off, but that’s not the case. Nightraven’s strong determination to patrol his city night after night, no matter the seeming cost to his own health helps carry this comic. I am hoping there is a second issue to this one. I would love to see what happens between Nightraven and the boss of the thugs he encounters. Although there were a few parts that fell short for me, but there was still enough to keep you wanting more. Kyle Chaney’s colors on this comic rock all throughout. His coloring skills are something I’ve come to greatly enjoy while reading a few of the other titles Plan ‘B’ has to offer. Rick Tyndall’s art is excellent to feast your eyes on, leaving you with no complaints. So if you’re looking for a quick introduction to a new character with a bit of action. Then look no further than this title!
And let’s make it happen with that issue 2!
